Hermès Hermès delves into beauty. Their first collection is a beautiful and supple range of lipsticks, called Rouge Hermès, which are available in 24 shades of either matte or satin finishes. Each beautiful color is pulled from the Hermès library of silks and leather goods. Sephora Sephora has taken the 15 Percent Pledge to dedicate 15% of their shelf space to Black-owned businesses. The retailer will also create an advisory group that will include Aurora James, the creator of the 15 Percent Pledge, along with leaders of brands owned by persons of color, who will help implement these changes. “This commitment is about more than the prestige products on our shelves,” said Artemis Patrick, chief merchandising officer of Sephora. “It starts with a long-term plan diversifying our supply chain and building a system that creates a better platform for Black-owned brands to grow, while ensuring Black voices help shape our industry.
